Please be aware extensive modifications or bespoke projects do not conform to this. Extensive modifications include laser cutting, case paint and airbrushing. For mainland UK customers we also offer a hand delivery service where one of our team will personally come and deliver the computer themselves avoiding any shipping mishaps.

Yes and no. Each product will state if an OS is included or not. Our high end machines generally do, whilst our lower end systems generally don't. We understand that our customers want to be able to install their own operating system which is why we give customers to add an operating system to the computer should they wish rather than just adding it anyway. We supply Microsoft Windows XP, Vista and Seven.
11 - What's this "burn in process" you talk about?
The burn in process is where we test and stress components to their limit for a sustained amount of time. 48 hours to be exact. It allows us to make sure that every computer that leaves our workshop is fit for its purpose and free of any faults or defects. This is an integral part of our build process and one of the many reasons why we achieve such a low return rate.
12 - What after sales support and warranty do your computers come with?
All our products come with a 1 year return to base hardware warranty as standard. It covers full parts and labour costs. There is also the option to purchase extended warranties on all our machines for a small charge. We also provide free email, remote control and telephone support on all hardware issues. If you have a problem with one of our products please contact us.
13 - Do you have a walk in shop?
Currently UK Gaming computers only operates as an online internet business. It allows us to minimise our overheads and as a result be able to supply you with lower priced products.
14 - Can I buy just components from you?
You can order additional parts when you purchase one of our superb computers. We dont currently sell components on their own but we do offer an upgrade service where we can upgrade your PC for you where you can pick and choose individual components. Major case modifications such as laser cutting, case paint and airbrushing can be purchased separately and again can be found in our services section of the website.
