Hello and thank you for taking the time to find about UK Gaming computers or UKGC as we like to call ourselves.

UKGC is a small but rapidly growing UK company that build gaming and custom PCs to the highest possible standard. Based in Colchester, Essex we assemble, research and test some of the best gaming PCs on the planet and then ship them all over the UK for your pleasure.

We have between us, some 40 years experience in the custom building and gaming computer market. Not only do we just build PCs but we play them too, true enthusiasts us!

What we do

UK Gaming Computers mainly sells custom built computers to the public and businesses through the website or over the phone. We also undertake bespoke projects which range from simple bespoke customisation such as laser cutting, airbrushing or even carbon fibre wrapping, right up to building PCs in and around requested items such as Commodore Amiga's and coffee tables! When we are not building your perfect PC we are trying out and testing the latest products on the market, which in turn allows us to introduce new items to the website.

History

UKGC was formed in early 2009 evolving from an Essex based company called Megabyte Computing who are primarily are an I.T. Solutions Company. As well as fixing computers, installing networks etc they also build high end custom gaming computers to the local area. The gaming PC builds became so popular it forced the birth of UKGC. Standing us here today! You will be pleased to know that we have brought a lot of those skills to UK Gaming Computers, so you can be assured our staff will be able to assist with anything you may require.

Here at UKGC we like to give everyone the personal touch to each project we undertake. Just so you know who you are dealing with here is a little info about ourselves;

Daman Curtis UK Gaming Computers founder, Webmaster and Engineer Specialist Skill: Liquid Cooling Favourite PC Game: Empire: Total War With 10 years experience in the I.T industry I present myself. A Die hard PC enthusiast whether it be building and designing the latest product, web creations or having a crack at the latest game. When away from the scene I can be found tinkering with cars or enjoying a round of golf.

Joe Williams Engineer Specialist Skill: Case Modifications Favourite PC Game: Command and Conquer (any Version) Joe has been with UKGC since day one. Joe's main role is building computers, but he also has a degree in Business studies so we use him where we can to help drive UKGC in the right direction. When not creating UKGC masterpieces Joe enjoys following his beloved Chelsea FC (boo!) and like myself, a spot of golf.

Alex Mann Engineer Specialist Skill: Overclocking Favourite PC Game: S.T.A.L.K.E.R Alex - The ultimate Overclocker! He would overclock his car if he could! Alex has been modifying Pc's for as long as I have known. Alex is often found listening to music or exploring random places.

Stephen Oxborrow Engineer and R&D Specialist Skill: Research and Development Favourite PC Game: World of Warcraft Steve, another experienced Engineer that has come from an I.T Engineering background. When he is not found in our workshop he is normally enjoying a few beers in the pub! Steve enjoys Cycling and Rugby too.
