What extras you get

Nearly all our PCs that leave the workshop get an upgrade or two, this may mean a better graphics card or motherboard. These are a provided at no extra cost. We would love to say its a little thank you for shopping with us but it is normally because of an overstock on our behalf, so don't be surprised if we update your order with a couple of extra goodies.

Coupled with your nice new computer you will also recieve a VAT Invoice, all manuals, driver disks and promotional gifts associated with your PC. If your ordered any software such as an operating system you will also receive all the original disks and licence keys.

Price

We aim to be the cheapest so you get the best possible price out there. We know that is rather a bold statement to make, but we run a very tight ship here so there is no reason why we can't be. We back this statement up with a price match, if you find the same system cheaper elsewhere then we will beat the price. No questions asked, just contact us with the details and we will let you know what we can do.

Quality

We see this word being used a lot on our competitors sites when in fact it is not true. Unbranded parts, cheap power supplys and cases are not quality parts as some sites claim. You will recieve a PC safe in the knowledge that they are not only built using only the best parts out there, but parts that are award winning! Our philosophy is to offer gaming PCs built around real quality parts at similar prices to these lesser quality built PCs out there. You only have to read a related magazine or forum to find that the parts we use in all our computers are of top spec and quality.

Performance

If it's new out, we have tested it. Rather than read reviews we like to give new kit a test ourselves. If it's any good, it makes it into our product line up, and no good, ebay! The result is a constantly evolving selection of PCs that offer the best perfomance for the money you can buy. Simples.

After Sales

As explained in the About us section of the site we evolved from an I.T. support company with the focus being customer support. These skills have been ported across to us so we are confident in stating our tech support is of the highest possible standard. Something that is often lacking with many companies. We offer;

UK Call center	Low cost workshop based call center with the opportunity to speak to the engineer that built your PC.
Full warranty	If it breaks, we fix it quickly. We don't employ 'get out of jail free cards' just simply honest warranties.
Lifetime hardware support	Just because the warranty has run out does not mean we can't help you.
Remote Support	A first in the UK for custom PC builders in the UK. If it all is becoming a little too much then we can, with your permission, 'dial in' to your PC, take control and do what needs doing for you.
Upgrade Service	There will come a time when your UKGC PC needs a little boost. We offer an upgrade service on all our Computers, more details can be found in the services section of the site.
