We Deliver to UK Mainland including Scotland and Wales as well as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, The Channel Islands, The isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. We do not ship internationally. For your fist order we only ship to the payees billings address unless payment is made by a bank transfer.

We use APC overnight with all our orders. Our computers are shipped in secure cages with CCTV coverage to minimise loss and damages in transit. All tracking information will be provided at the time of shipping.

All Deliveries are made overnight and are therefore usually sent out the day before delivery. When your build has been finished we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date that is convenient with you. Standard Deliveries are made between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Pre 9am Deliveries are made between 8am and 9am Monday to Friday and Saturday deliveries take place between 8am and 12pm. Should you wish alternative shipping arrangements then please contact us.

If you are returning a computer and we do not find a fault then you will be charged for shipping the computer back to you. Don't worry, if there is a fault, we are going to find it!

As soon as we receive your return our team of engineers will deal with it. This is normally well within 48 hours. Once we have found the fault we will contact you to let you know what we are going to do. Once the PC is repaired we will then subject it once again to our "burn in phase" which does take a little longer but ensures your PC is 100%.
