How much?
£25 for maninland UK Delivery and £50 for non mainland UK delivery.
Who do you use?
We use APC overnight next day service with all our orders. Our computers are shipped in secure cageses to minimise loss and damages in transit. All tracking information will be provided at the time of shipping.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Next day! When your build has been finished we will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date that is convenient with you.
Where do you ship to?
We ship to the whole of the UK. For security reasons we only ship to the account holders billing address unless payment is made by bank transfer.
Is my order insured?
Yes. Each order is fully insured to the value of your order.
I need to arrange a return?
No problems, please contact us.
How can I send my PC to you?
Please use your preferred UK courier but make sure the consignment is fully insured. Alternatively we can arrange for our courier to come and collect the computer for a small fee.
How do I package my return?
Please use your orginal packaging that we shipped your computer in. Extra padding will be needed so again please use the padding we provided with your orginal delivery.
What if you dont find a fault?
If you are returning a computer and we do not find a fault then you will be charged for shipping the computer back to you. Don't worry, if there is a fault, we are going to find it!
How long does a warranty return take?
As soon as we recieve your return our team of engineers will deal with it. This is normally well within 48 hours. Once we have found the fault we will contact you to let you know what we are going to to. Once the PC is repaired we will then subject it once again to our "burn in phase" which does take a little longer but ensures your PC is 100%.
