Thanks UKGC. My PC arrived at the weekend and I could not be more happier. The while service from start to finish was 5 stars. The build went perfectly well, the team were more than happy to include late adjustments including adding a wireless network card and operating system late in to the build as I stupidly forgot to add them during order. DPD who delivered the PC said they had delays so it would be late - Kain went to the lengths of advising me this and giving me a free upgrade to weekend delivery and it arrive the next day on a Saturday at no extra costs, fantastic serivce.

In terms of the PC, well I have used Starfield as the first game on the rig and is it smashing it on all Ultra settings, 60fps without a struggle, and I have limited it to 60fps by choice so if you got this rig, I can only say any MANY of the higher grade systems they offer, alongside any higher custom choices you can pick to go with it, will smash anything out of the park for anything other than professional movie tier animatiion/graphic work which is getting in to the tens of thousands.

This is the second PC we have purchased from UK Gaming in the last three years. The ordering system is nice and easy and updates where your pc is are good. We also add an extra drive or component and the build is on time. If you need to contact them by phone it was all ways answered quickly. With delivery they take every precaution in protecting your new PC , extra foam inside the pc to stop components being dislodged in transit. First PC we bought has had no problems and continues to pur!

I recently purchased the Hermes I7 with only a small number of modifications. The main components of the machine, I did not change. So graphics, motherboard, processor etc remained as they are suggested. I wanted something that could run all of my games on ultra settings and hitting high FPS and cover me for a number of years to come. Safe to say this machine has delivered well above what I thought it would and looks to me like I'll be set for a few years. Types of games include but not limited to: Total War, Elden Ring, Warzone, bannerlord 2 and so on.
I have used UK Gaming Computers for my gaming PC's for many years now. I started with a small machine back in 2013 when I was getting into gaming, I later upgraded in 2017 and recently felt another upgrade was due after a pay rise and seeing the upcoming gaming releases.
All in all, I have repeatedly came back even with many friends recommending other suppliers, why? Because I know the service here is excellent and they understand a customers excitement when patiently awaiting for a new rig. It's not difficult to get hold of someone to get an update. I'd suggest reading the guideline so you can keep an eye on the status and know where they are with your order. Naturally, this can be affected by many factors but I opted for the priority 3-5 day build, (it is worth noting here that this build time does not reflect the time from ordering to when it will be at your door, but rather the time once parts are allocated) All together it took 6-7 days which included having to wait on some parts for a couple of days, Once built this was given to the courier for next day delivery. This was a built-to-order machine so naturally, there is a little more time involved.
Exceptional machine and excellent service. Couldn't be happier!! Will return here to upgrade my current one when the time comes!

I bought a PC from UKGC Recently and it was built very swiftly, I was amazed by how quick the staff was at Processing, Building, and Testing.

However, there was a slight halt while arranging delivery due to emails not having been read. Other than that slight everything was still quick, stress-free and the computer arrived at my doorstep the next day!

Overall I would be buying from UKGC again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

After being disappointed with my last buy from one of the big manufacturers I decided to look around for a independent builder for my new PC. So far, my Hermes PC (upgraded most of the major components from the base spec), has not disappointed. It's the fastest PC I've owned, every game I've played runs perfectly with no lag.
Very good customer service as well, with questions about the spec answered promptly and clearly. Very pleased and would definitely recommend UKGC.

I ordered a Hermes i7 with an upgraded 3060 GPU and a 165Hz monitor in April 21 for my 12yo's birthday. He has been saving for 2 years so this needed to be right! I spoke with a couple of very patient and knowledgable guys at UKGC who helped me zero in on what we could get for his budget and navigate the extreme shortage and price inflation on GPUs right now. Once ordered the communications by email to advise on status changes were timely and reassuring - and once built the delivery was very quick - next day and in good time before my son's birthday. He is over the moon with it and I am very impressed. Connected up without issue, software all installed and tested - and the PC itself runs smoothly and quietly. The all important FPS rates and graphics quality from the 3060 GPU means he is getting exactly the experience he wanted with his gaming and his friends. Its only been a week so I may come back to edit this review, but for product and service - faultless. Would definitely recommend UKGC to others!
