    Was kept up to date throughout the order. The computer arrived well packaged 12 days after i ordered it. As for the machine itself I upgraded the graphics card to the GTX970 & it runs all the latest games flawlessly. Thanks

    The service I received from UK Gaming Computers was very good. They people I spoke to (Iain and Alex) were both polite and knowledgable and quickly sorted out the problems that arose as best they could. I would recommend UK Gaming to others.The couriers they use are another story. They damaged the pc the first time they delivered it, apparently using a forklift rather than carrying it as instructed. They were late with their delivery even though I had been given a specific date. I would suggest that they need to change the couriers they use or have very firm words with them as the couriers poor customer service reflects badly on UK Gaming which is a great shame.

    Excellent manufacturing and delivery process, I was kept informed constantly. Furthermore, I am satisfied with the build and the quality of the components of the PC. It was brilliant to know it was ready to go instantly as soon as I unpackaged it. Excellent build and customer service!

    Having nearly had this computer almost a week now I can not tell you how happy I am with it, It's super quiet and runs anything I throw at it. The service was amazing, I was always in the know via email what was happening with my build status and the speed of the service was exceptional (Super rush job was bought and totally worth it) within 2 days of ordering the PC it was delivered and was packaged quite nicely. Overall, I rate UKGC a legit 11/10 and will be buying from them again in the future.

    I ordered this computer with a few additional upgrades, UKgamingcomputers were very helpful indeed even when I forgot to upgrade something and I had to call them up, they was more then happy to help me and they always send you emails letting you know what they are doing, they even installed a better part that I didn't ask for... for free! amazing customer care I would strongly recommend UKgamingcomputer too anyone that wants a great computer built for them and wants a great customer experience. I am really happy with my computer totally worth the money. Thank you.
