Third PC over the years from UKGC. There's a reason for that. Superior build quality, no problems over each of my PC's for over a decade and excellent service throughout. Even with limited stock and staff, they delivered as well as could be expected. Taking into account inflated prices due to multiple factors and limited availability of components, I am happy with overall build time.

The PC itself is a monster (i9 10850k, 3080ti, water-cooled custom loop, 32gb ram, nvme SSD, lian li dynamic XL black case), looks amazing and is solidly as a rock. I think you'll be taking my money again soon in the near future! Thanks to all the guys for time and updates, always willing to help, a credit to the industry. Well done!

For anyone thinking of water-cooling - get the rigid PETG cooling tubes. They are what make the water-cooling aesthetic in my opinion!

I went for the "Poseidon Watercooled Gaming PC" (https://www.ukgamingcomputers.co.uk/catalog/product/view/id/3105/s/poseidon-watercooled-gaming-pc/) and chose additional RAM and SSD capacity for future proofing, plus some extra soundproofing.

It took 15 working days to build, about 3 days to test and 1 further day to deliver (so 19 days - just under 4 weeks in total).

When it arrived, it was very carefully packaged to avoid damage, and looked impressive. Even better looking when I powered it up, with the internal and external (underside) lighting. Setup was effortless. Very much appreciated having no junk software bundled in and pre-installed.

It's very quiet when running under load, in fact I can't really hear the difference when it's just sitting in Windows and when I'm playing a demanding game, LOL. And what a difference 8GB graphics makes. My previous PC was only 2GB. I love playing The Witcher 3 and now I can run everything on maximum settings and get an amazing experience. No more stuttering or reduced rates.

This machine looks like a million dollars and runs even better. I upgrade memory disk and graphics over the listed specs, but the customization available with a bespoke machine is what it's all about. Service from UKGC is brilliant and machines are put together superbly. They offer the best warranty I found when looking around and you don't do that unless you have confidence in what you're providing. I'm a return customer; this is the 3rd machine I've had from UKGC - the other two are in the hands of teenagers so probably get hammered 24/7 - they're still going strong after more than 2 years. They're not getting their hands on my new baby though!

Having always built my PCs on my own, I was a bit reluctant to buy a pre-built one, but the experience with UKGC made me very happy with that decision. The build quality is spectacular. There is absolutely no way I could have reached this level of cable management myself, both for the lack of patience and experience. Not to mention the workload. Another thing I was a bit wary of was transport - sending a fully water cooled PC via courier seemed a bit risky to me, but yet again, the UKGC team did not disappoint. The packaging inside (expandable foam cushions) and outside of the case was up to task and the gear arrived in perfect condition. I was well informed about the my order throughout the process and I had answers to all my questions in my inbox before actually asking them.

As for the performance, let me just say that the days of having to choose between decent fps and video quality are over. It's an absolute game changer for me - quite literally :)

Well first off hats off to Daman and his team at UKGC, I wanted fast and visually stunning….that is what I received!!! No question this is the best gaming rig I have ever owned! Being a Alienware owner I have high standards and they were exceeded by UKGC.

When making this kind of investment it is important to shop around and ask questions….lots of questions. In fact I bombarded Daman with them for weeks. At the same time I was doing the same to UKGC’s competitors. In the end UKGC showed the most patience, best answers and best deal.

The custom paintjob was good value for money and a quality job. I was kept in the loop the whole way from start to finish and UKGC’s honesty was refreshing to witness in this competitive industry. Care was taken with shipping and delivery was on time.

As you can imagine, spending more than £2000 on anything these days is no decision made lightly. Of course, when it did arrive, I would not be dissapointed. From the cable management to the wonderful finish of my custom built case, everything is simply mind blowing. I have now had the system for two weeks and every time i enter my office, I continue to be blown away at the fantastic computer I now proudly display upon my desk (after all, with something this pretty, why would you want to hide it away?)

I had a small issue a few days after delivery, when I had problems connecting to the internet. Despite the fact that this turned out to be an issue more down to my own stupidity than anything else, Dmana responded in his usual speedy and courteous manner, giving me further confidence that UKGaming Computers aren't finished with providing top notch customer service the moment your product leaves their store.

I spent a long time looking at forums for reviews on various PCs and companies before placing an order. I chose UKGC because of their reputation for quality and customer service, and I was not disappointed!

The PC arrived in good time and was well built. The real test of came when an error occurred with the graphics card shortly after delivery (probably due to some manufacturing error). UKGC were very supportive, they talked me through removing the card so it could be returned and tested. Within two days I had a new card and everything worked perfectly!

Electronic components occasionally fail and on those occasions it's good to know that the team at UKGC are supportive and quick to act.

This PC performs exceptionally well with games (as you would expect). Compared to my old PC it's like playing a new game all over again!!

I can honestly say this is one sexy machine! She purrs like a kitten but performs like a tiger! I stuck a 780ti in for good measure and this rig handles the most challenging of titles with ease and style!

Wow, where too start? this by far the best built and faster computer i have ever own. UKGC have surpassed my expectations, and them some! first thing was how easy it was to configure my pc to be exactly want i wanted. I was kept informed about each stage of the build, and you actually feel like they care about your pc and that it is top quality. and it is! I can not fault one thing about it. It arrived very well packaged, and with detailed and useful instructions. and when it was up and running...WOW!! What a powerhouse it is! so far nothing has slowed it down. I genuinely can not express how happy I am with UKGC, their staff, and most of all my new Gaming pc :) seriously, if you want the best these are the people to go to.

I have had this computer for 60 days now, so now is the time to review.... It seemed through the whole process that NOTHING was too much trouble for the techs to do for the customer. Extremely helpful staff, polite and they seemed genuinely pleased to go that extra mile to satisfy your wishes. Firstly: It took the full 10 days from ordering to receiving, which is fine as I had added a whole load of extras which takes time to configure. On arrival, the computer was very well (and safely) packaged. Precise and easy to understand instructions were included (read them first!). I had already sought permission to add my own extra HDD's to which they had thoughtfully pre-installed SATA cables for me. They sent the computer with the OS already installed and updated. Minimal effort was required by me ;-) Secondly - performance: Simply WOW. Nothing gets in the way of this beast. Video editing is a doddle and remastering my audio files is a breeze. Gaming? Well that GTX980 takes everything thrown at it and, maybe in my madness, I can hear it giggle and taunt me with "is that it?". All my games are now set to the highest settings possible and I suffer no system lag what so ever. If, like me, you're a gaming nut, go out and buy the best monitor you can afford. Anything less would be a criminal act to this wonderful machine.
