How much does it cost to ship my order
Fully Insured Standard UK Mainland Deliveries on brand new systems are completely free! We also offer Pre 10:30AM weekday deliveries as well as a Saturday & Sunday delivery option, to most UK Mainland destinations, for a small extra charge. For an exact cost and locations please see our shipping table at the bottom of this page. The exact delivery cost will be calculated when you checkout and will show on the shopping cart page before placing the order. Where we ship to
We Deliver to UK Mainland including Scotland and Wales as well as Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Offshore, The Channel Islands, The isle of Man and the Isle of Wight. We also ship internationally (see below). If paying with PayPal then we only ship to your confirmed PayPal delivery address and if payment is made by Finance then the order can only be shipped to where the finance agreement is made to. We can ship to 3rd party delivery addresses when paying by card or bank transfer.
International shipping
We also ship to select European contries when Payment is made by Bank Transfer only. Simply place an order as normal selecting bank transfer as the payment method. If UK VAT needs to be removed from the total cost please make a note in the order comments when ordering and we will confirm removal when emailing payment details otheriwise orders will be priced inclusive of UK VAT which can be refunded on receipt of proof of import payment. Who we use
The majority of our shipmets are made via DPD. For larger pallet size consignements (typically for bulk orders or large bespoke projects) are typically sent with Pallet Plus. All tracking information is provided at the time of shipping as well as a 1 hour delivery slot on the day of delivery with all standard DPD consignments.
How long does it take to ship an order?
Standard deliveries are made next working day with a 2PM cut off for booking next day service. More remote areas will take longer. Please be aware the majority of our orders are built to order and are subject to a estimated build and test time prior to shipping, the exclusion to this is our pre built range. For your conveneince when your build has been finished we will contact you by email to arrange a suitable delivery date that is convenient with you. Standard Deliveries are made between 8AM and 8PM Monday to Friday. Pre 10:30AM Deliveries are made between 8AM and 10:30AM Monday to Friday and Saturday & Sunday deliveries take place between 9AM and 17:30PM. No Deliveries are made on bank Holidays. We do not offer time specific deliveries although you will receive a predicted 1 hour delivery window on the day of delivery via email or text message. Do you insure your shipments
Yes. Each order is fully insured to the value of your order.
Can I collect an order
Yes! Simply select the collection option when choosing your shipping method when ordering however this is not possible with orders paid for via finance or PayPal for security reasons, only orders paid with a card or bank transfer can be collected. You will need to bring ID/payment card when collecting your order from us.
Restrictions
Due to restrictions in place with our courier some extreme systems that exceed 30KG as a single box will need be dispatched on a pallet service. Unfortunately due to the nature of custom built PC's we will not know how much a system weighs until its finally built, tested and packaged. This service comes at an increased cost and we will contact you to discuss the options available once the system is built, tested and packaged. Please be aware this is very rare, usually only applies to £4000+ systems and most of the time can be done for only an increased cost of around £40.00 unless the consignment is being delivered to a remote location. If you are unsure if your order may fall into this section then do feel free to give us a call before you order and we can take a estimation of the chances of this and give you a price should that be the case.
If your order is made up of several boxes then it will all arrive on the same date.
