Here at UK Gaming Computers we only use the best of the best components. Our parts are from recognised branded manufacturers which are all subject to our evaluation process. We try out all the latest kit, if we are impressed it makes it into our UKGC computers. Furthermore each individual PC that leaves our workshop has to pass a "burn in phase". It means that we thoroughly test each machine to its limit to make sure there are no problems with it for when it reaches you. Like you, the last thing we want is a UK Gaming PC coming straight back to us.

Customer service

Our customer service is second to none. As explained in the about us section, we evolved from an I.T. Solutions company. That industry is very customer service driven, and so we have implemented the same kind of attitude here. We provide free email, forum and phone technical support for any hardware issues with our PCs. This is backed up with all our computers coming with an unconditional standard 1 year warranty, with the option to extend to 2 or 3 years. One off custom paint jobs, bespoke laser cutting, fancy airbrushing, neon lights, water cooling, noise reduction...the list goes on. Hands up who thinks most computer cases are a bit bland? Well, we do too. That's why we offer such a vast array of options for our computers, allowing you to select your personal touch for your personal computer. Our diversity does not stop there, if you have seen something you like and we don't sell it then contact us and we will work with you to implement your wish. We also undertake complete bespoke projects, so if you have something crazy in mind such as popping a PC into a toaster, then again get in touch and we will see what we can do for you.

Speedy service

You don't have to wait ages for your dream computer to turn up. Unless you have ordered something heavily customised, then your new PC will be shipped within 10 working days of funds clearing, usually its within just a few days. We also offer a priority build service and hand delivery option.
