Well, it's that time of year again at UK Gaming Computers. The advent calendar doors are being opened, presents are being bought, and PCs are flying off the shelves! Our demand increases by over 100% during the festive period, so we end up buying larger quantities of stock to ensure we don't run out of anything. This allows us to secure better deals from our suppliers, which we pass on to you! Component prices have indeed dropped this year, but are unfortunately tainted by RAM and SSD pricing increasing exponentially over the past few months.
Our Christmas Deals run from the 2nd of December, to the 5th of January and we guarantee there will be no further price drops between now and then, otherwise we will refund you double the difference, however we cannot guarantee prices won't rise, so now is the time to get your orders in if you are hunting for the best prices possible, especially given the volatiltiy in component pricing over the past few months.
Delivery Dates & Order Cut-offs
Here at UK Gaming Computers, we sell two main types of PCs. Our "pre-built next day" systems that are off the shelf and cannot be customised (other than adding a fancy set of peripherals), and fully custom bespoke built-to-order PCs which take time to build and test. For the latter, there are strict cut-offs in place to ensure you order in time for delivery before the big day. Our courier, DPD, have advised that they will be delivering all the way up to Christmas Eve (24th), which means the final date we'll be able to send orders out is the afternoon of the 23rd, or the 22nd if you're in a part of the country that requires a two-day delivery service.
Please note that, being the last delivery day before Christmas, DPD will be exceptionally busy so if any problems arise on their end, they will almost certainaly not be resolved by Christmas Day.

If you’ve left it too late then we do have increased stock of our Pre-Built PCs which are already built, tested and packaged and ready to ship. Our “Super Rush Job” build & test time is also available as normal but we fully expect it to be in high demand for last minute orders so do please call us before ordering an SRJ as we only take on one of these jobs at a time so we can devote our full attention to it.
Whilst we try our hardest to fulfil as many orders as possible, any systems ordered after any of these dates, whilst likely to be completed, are not guaranteed for a delivery before Christmas.
PCs are able to be collected up until Wednesday the 24th which is our last working day before Santa arrives.

Extended Returns & Order Advice
As the highest customer rated dedicated custom PC builder in the country, our services are very much in demand at this time of year, meaning our already busy workload goes through the roof, which puts a significant strain on our resources. In previous years we have had to simply stop taking orders to ensure that all orders already places were fulfilled by the big day, this is why we get our seasonal deal pricing live as early as possible and freeze pricing to make sure that ordering early doesn't mean you miss out on the best prices. For this reason, we strongly urge customers to places orders sooner rather than later.
We have also extended our returns policy to the 15th of January for any orders made after 13/11/25 so if you do want to return the PC for whatever reason, you still are able to after the Christmas break, in line with our standard returns policy.
