Before we get into talking about what we can do for you, how about a little brief excerpt of our history. UK Gaming Computers were established in 2009, after being astonished with the state of the industry. If you went online to find a new gaming computer you'd be met with what could only be described as a load of tat. We wanted to change this, so made it our aim to show the world (maybe just the UK!) that a pre-built gaming PC doesn't have to be a load of rubbish. Since then we've built over 15,000 PCs and have over 2500 reviews with an average of 4.9 out of 5.

As well as building all of our standard PCs, the ones that keep the lights on, we also undertake a wealth of bespoke work which really gets our PC enthusiast gears grinding.

BESPOKE LIGHTING

RGB lighting isn’t just a trend, it’s a way of life for gamers. That’s why we go beyond off-the-shelf kits, crafting fully bespoke lighting solutions from individual components. The result? A seamless integration, superior aesthetics, and granular control, all at a competitive price.

We offer various different types of lighting, from Standard RGB, to Motherboard Underglow, to fancy diffused COB LEDs that can add another level of aesthetics to your build.

CUSTOM CASE PAINT

Painting a PC case has always been widely accepted within the PC Modding community as one of the best ways to make a computer your own. What we do, is make it easier for our customers to get something truly custom by utilising our network of local prestige paintworks. The options are almost endless, if you want your gaming PC painted in Viola Parsifae to match your Aventador SVJ we can do that, or if you want a deep royal blue, red and black to match the Rolex Pepsi GMT that sits proud on your wrist, we can do that too.

PREMIUM CABLE BRAIDING

Terrible looking cables can completely ruin the look of our gaming PC, this is why every PC we sell in the Extreme categories and above use premium cable extensions for all of the PSU cables that are seen through the side panel of the computer.

We also offer custom cable braiding for all other visible cables in the PC, this can be used to match cables to a colour scheme, or to give a more premium look by utilising sleek, black cable braid.

You might think that these cables are entirely aesthetic, but they do serve a performance related purpose too. The custom cables are much neater, which means it's easier for air to flow around them. Better airflow means better temperatures, which means better performance!

INTERNAL SYSTEM DISPLAY (soon)

We don't sell them just yet, but we're soon going to be selling internal system screens, these can display all sort of important system information, or just a GIF if that's your thing!

HIGH-END CUSTOM WATERCOOLING

We could write an entire article about how we make sure the custom watercooling we offer is the best, but we'll try to summarise relatively briefly to save you reading thousands of words.

Cooling a Gaming PC with water (or coolant) is the holy grail of computer cooling, yes it's expensive and not essential for every build, custom watercooling delivers unmatched thermal performance and a truly unique aesthetic.

Custom watercooling is a PC enthusiast's way to make their rig unique, there's so many combinations of components, coolant colour and lighting even we rarely build the same system twice. Our engineers are some of the best when it comes to watercooling, especially the complicated hardline tubing like you see in the above and below images, we all live and breathe this stuff.

WATERCOOLING COMPONENTS

  • Radiators - We sell Hardwarelabs which are actually one of the cheaper options available, however they perform as well as anything else on the market. They're so good, that Corsair actually rebrand them in their Hydro X line!
    We are very particular when it comes to what components we use in our builds, and this doesn't stop when it comes to watercooling. We sell enthusiast grade components that you'll see being by watercooling aficionados across the world.
  • Fittings - We sell Barrow fittings which are arguably on par with Bitspower, at a fraction of the price. We hold plenty of stock of all types of fittings imaginable so we always have the perfect fitting for the job.
  • CPU Waterblocks - For our lower end watercooled builds we use a budget friendly Barrow CPU block, but once again, don't let the price fool you as this block keeps up with some very high end options. We like the CPU block so much we've written a review on it which you can find here. We also sell a more premium Alphacool Core CPU Block for our higher end builds, and as an option on the lower end builds.
  • GPU Waterblocks - We exclusively use Alphacool Core blocks here, with backplates used for cooling too. There are cheaper GPU blocks available however GPU cooling is something that is very important for performance so we only sell the best.
  • Coolant - What coolant you fill a loop with is arguably the most important thing in the whole PC, as if you fill it with the wrong stuff you're going to be experiencing a myriad of issues throughout your ownership of this PC. Over the years, we've tested almost every brand of coolant under the sun, and we've experienced a fair share of issues. We've now finally found a coolant that we're very happy with, is very stable and looks fantastic too. The coolant in question is EK's Cryofuel line, both the Solid and Transparent flavours.
  • Tubing - There's not really much you can get wrong with tubing, we sell XSPC 14/12mm PETG for our hardline systems, and XSPC FLX DEHP Free for our Soft Tubing
