Fantastic My husband has been suggesting that I get a gaming computer for a few years now, but I didn’t think that I needed one. Until this one arrived! As someone with ADHD I tend to flit from gaming to other projects, and needed something to keep up with me. My previous computer was great for my work, but games would take upwards of 10 minutes to load and multitasking was impossible. Having decided that I did need a new pc, I wanted one FAST. I looked everywhere including high street options and UK Gaming Computers. The value for money with this pc was insane when compared to others! It included lots of things that came at extra costs if I had to built from scratch, including Windows and a wireless connector. The next day dispatch sealed the deal for me and I placed my order. I ordered on a Sunday and it was here by noon on the Tuesday. They used DPD which meant I was text a one hour delivery slot, meaning I could go about my day without listening out for the door all day. It arrived very well packaged, with clear instructions and stickers to explain dos and don’ts. It was pretty much a plug in and go - with windows installed and set up. It wasn’t long before I was downloading my favourite games. Now I am a ‘cosy’ gamer, so sure, the games are things like Stardew Valley, Coral Island and Two Point Campus, but they load and save like a dream. I can also tab out and complete other tasks easily. I thought this was an excellent price point for what you get, and the service delivered as promised. I’m really happy with my new set up and my ‘gaming’ pc has now replaced my work pc as it’s much more powerful.

Great pc and service Ordered a next day gaming pc for my daughter, arrived following morning. Packaged well as always with clear instructions on setting up and registering the warranty. Customer service always respond quickly if I have any questions. New pc is near silent and does more than enough, used to play the sims, roblox etc.This is the second pc I have from ukgamingcomputers.co.uk and I would highly recommend them to anyone whether you are new to pc's or not, all budgets are catered for and the team are extremely helpful.

I am now in my 80th. year so things have advanced to such a degree that I struggle to keep up with the progress of components of today. That is why I left it to the experts this time. Stellar Service Needed a new PC and didnt trust myself to build one so I looked into pre-built ones. Stumbled across UKGC online and was instantly amazed at the prices of the pre-built systems. I looked elsewhere just to see if there were any better prices and nothing came close. I went ahead with the purchase and patiently waited. Considering the current circumstances with COVID I managed to get my order within 4 days which to me was fantastic but I believe you can get it even quicker if they're in stock upon purchase. The process is all communicated by email or logging into your account where you can check the status of your order. When it arrived there is everything that you could possibly need in the packaging: Software CDs, Windows installation, manuals for all parts etc. are all in there in case of any hiccups or need for reinstallation. UKGC truly leave nothing amiss and make it as simple as plug-in and play. Highly recommend and there's a reason they are so highly rated, go ahead and treat yourself!
