    AMAZING PRODUCT AND SERVICE I upgraded the Medusa with RTX 4080 and i7 13700K, the team were very helpful in helping to amend an order with updates on the PC’s status. And the PC runs amazingly, high end games like Cyberpunk and RDR2 run graphics with FPS generally ranging 80-110 @ 4k. Very happy with the purchase!

    great PC, Very happy It has been a long time since I purchased a new Pc but after speaking to a friend he recommended UKGC to me and I decided to give them a try. I am super happy with my computer and the service I recieved from UKGC. I ordered my PC at the start of the GPU shortages and In the middle of Covid so I had expected to wait longer than usual for my order. The website was updated fully with warnings about delays and shortages which was nice because most companies I had seen just didnt bother to warn you. Any questions I had were answered quickly and effieciently by the team. the build/shipping quality was awesome and the PC performs just like I had hoped for my gaming needs. Overall I would definitely recommend UKGC to anyone interested in a top quality PC build. I will be using them again for my next build without queston. 10/10!

    Amazing Build Quality and Service The pc is very well built and absolutely breezes through anything I throw at it, running any game or software without any issues at all. The service by ukgamingcomputers was equally great. I was kept up to date throughout the process and the staff were very helpful and pleasant to speak to when there were queries. More importantly, the value of their rigorous testing cannot be overstated. When testing one of the ram sticks failed and later the gpu, with them simply swapping the faulty parts with new ones and continued testing until every part ordered passed their checks. Meant a slightly longer wait but that is more than worth it to get a quality build that works perfectly. That guarantee alone of getting a pc with properly tested parts is worthy of a recommendation, especially as it's a service they do for free as standard! And on top of that, with how well the pc was built and runs, along with the equally great staff, I highly recommend ukgamingcomputers.

    To say we have the happiest 13 year old in the uk would be an understatement Although Pc took longer than we hoped .. (covid ) and short supply RTX3080 Gaming cards we are more happy we waited and got the Machine of a 13 year old dreams .. In difficult times we were kept upto date with progress and options for upgrades that might speed up build time.. Advised to wait and so happy we did ..     First class build quality My old pc died just before Christmas and I had some bad luck with buying the parts I wanted, so turned to ukgamingcomputers to build a pc for me in the new year and configured the Medusa to my personal specifications. The build quality is outstanding as always - I've used them before for work pc builds, they test all of their hardware rigorously before installing. The PC itself is an absolute beast that destroys any game I throw at it! The staff at ukgamingcomputers were very helpful in answering all of my questions also. I am very happy with the build, performance, and customer experience, and the time they got it all built and shipped, considering we're in a pandemic.

    Medusa. Don’t know what to say apart from “WOW” Always been an Intel man but after talking to some people in the know, I am trying a AMD. Very impressed with UKGC .Kept me up to date and although we are in the middle of a pandemic, only delayed for a couple of days, with lots of apologies.     Perfect build. Top tier support. Excellent knowledge. GOD TIER PC. If you are looking at buying from UK Gaming Computers, you are looking in the right place. They know their hardware inside and out and are happy to answer questions before and after sale. The PC itself handles Doom Eternal and all the other games I have thrown at it on all the highest setting without any issue. I made the right choice buying from them and would happily recommend to any gaming enthusiast. Even the though that went into the packaging and setting up the warranty shows great attention to detail. The build in the case is a near work of art. Five out of five stars!

    tanky, really tanky Opening up this custom PC you think it belongs in some battlefield in Serbia or Russia, its tanky, really tanky (and heavy to boot). Had an initial issue with the PSU switching on and off randomly for over an hour (I left the machine to sit upright for more then the recommended time). I had paid for a pre-test so wasn't too happy about this, however when it eventually started humming along like a content lynx well it was like every birthday I ever had. The rig is powered by a six-core i7 extreme with 16GB or Corsair vengeance RAM to boot. It hosts the GTX 980 within and is powered by an 850w psu (i think im gonna dula sli on the 980 at a later stage). The 250GB SSD is a charm and the overall build quality of the machine is fantastic. UK Gaming Computers know their stuff and without a doubt I would recommend them the highest. The prices are reasonable and the wait time for a custom rig (parts dependent) is around 2 weeks. But like all good wines, good things come to those who wait.

    Would recommend to anyone looking for a top notch gaming rig. I have now had my modified Medusa for a couple of weeks. I am extremely pleased and impressed with everything about it. The speed at which it runs games such as Far Cry4 on ultra settings is awesome and it runs so quietly I had to check that it was on the first few times I ran it.     This PC is.......AWESOME This PC is.......AWESOME My son has been playing all his games at the highest settings with no problems The build time,quality and delivery were spot on We also liked how you can log in and check the progress of your build Communication with UK Gaming Computers was also great with fast responses to emails We have only had it a week and it is now set up on a racing rig ready to push it to its limits I only wish I could of afforded a second card, maybe soon 4k high settings, fingers crossed

    I'm over the moon with this epic computer I am a Youtuber that loves playing games and recording them to share with the world. My PC that I had could not handle a lot of games AND would get really hot when rendering videos to a point i would have to pause the rendering till the PC had to cool down before i could finish. So the time came to go look and buy a new PC, I came across this site they have a lot on offer and the customization options are so easy to use I found the MEDUSA and thought this was perfect for what I need. I got everything it had and just changed a few bit aroung. went for the corsair H100i Processor Cooler, asus 2011-v3 X99-S Motherbaord, Seagate 2TB HDD 7200pm, Raid 0, 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 2800Mhz and Monitor Asus 27" LED HD Now that i have the PC I thought it was going to be loud with the amount of fans that the cosmos case holds as standard but its super silent i don't here a thing from it. Games run like a dream. My FPS on vanilla Minecraft are 850+ I put shaders on In Vanilla Minecraft and got 280+ FPS no problems Modded Minecraft runs Perfect as well Feed The Beasts big Mod pack this pc runs it like a dream 350+ FPS. Witcher 3 i had the the display settings up to full no problems no lag no jumps. Is this a PC for gaming yes it is. A most buy for anyone worth saving up and buying Rating out of 10: thousand I'm over the moon with this epic computer

    UKGC's reputation is well deserved I recently purchased a customised Medusa machine from UKGC on recommendation from friends. I cannot be happier with the service received: communications were excellent, at every moment I knew in what status my order was, expectations for delivery were clear and adhered to the letter, the delivery options are awesome, the package was professional, and even the custom overclocking was more than reasonable given the limitations of the components. Prices are highly competitive, and I'm now the owner of a fine high-end machine at a reasonable cost and free of any hassles.     You will not be disappointed. Four months on from purchasing this machine, and I have to come back on to encourage anybody thinking about buying the Medusa to just go and do it. Hit that buy button. With UK Gaming you're not just getting an outstanding machine, but the technical support I received was so helpful. They were right there at the end of a chat, and even though my questions may have been quite basic, I was never made to feel like an idiot.

    Needless to say the machine easily plays all games on highest settings, and I realize this has been mentioned in other reviews, but the machine is so quiet you would have to check to confirm that it is on.

    Size wise the tower is a tank. I think it looks amazing, but be prepared to leave a bit of leeway for height and width.

    Go on...just buy it. You will not be disappointed.

    Great company will order from them again 10/10 The packaging of the pc is top notch. Extremely well protected with foam inside of the pc for inside protection. From the moment you open it all it takes to run is to simply plug and play. I can run arma 3 dayz at over 80 fps aswell as fallout 4 at ultra settings with no lag. When i ordered my pc i had regular updates on each stage of the order so i was always on top of what was going on. I am new to pc gaming so when i was choosing to build a pc i was clueless but there customer surpport were second to none. They were telling me the components that will be pushing out the right fps without any pushy sales men. Great company will order from them again 10/10
