The Chimera is a excellent PC for gamers on a budget that want the flexibility of upgrading either now or later down the line. Like many of our i3 based computers the Chimera features a quad core 8 thread Intel Core i3 12100F processor, running at a healthy 3.3Ghz and Turbos to 4.3Ghz, on the popular Asus PRIME H610M-K D4 Motherboard. Graphics are handled by the great value Nvidia GeForce® RTX 4060 8GB graphics card and is backed up with 16GB of Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz DDR4 RAM. A 1TB Kingston NV2 M.2 NVME SSD finishes off the spec nicely.

The Chimera is housed in the feature packed GameMax Diamond white ARGB case that has addressable RGB lighting which allows you to change the LED lighting to multiple different colours & effects or simply off depending on your choice and is powered by a reliable Corsair CX650 650w Power Supply.

    Fast, Great graphics, Runs quietly. I've been waiting ages to be able to play Satisfactory. Now I can on this PC and it's brilliant. It starts in literally 4 seconds. And that includes putting in the Windows PIN.

    i highly recommend to buy here 1st i want to say thanks for the Quick time build the computer and to the man live support, after i can play COD, WOW, TERA, Diablo 3 beta in Ultra !!!!! without any freez or bug, i just not happy on one point i should but more lighting,(but that my fault loool) real perfect for gaming, and i highly recommend to buy here because if i like it you GONA LIKE IT IS WELL :)

    5 out of 5. I gave this PC to my son for his birthday and he is very happy about it. He says that it is very well made and plays all the latest games. I would recommend UKGC as they would seem to deliever high quality products at a great price but there customer service was not as good as some of the reviews on here make out. But i cant complain because it works perfectly and was made and delivered quickly. 5 out of 5.

    i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone this computer is spectacular, and i definitely couldn't have asked for anything better for the price!! it can run games like ARMA 2, world of tanks, and blacklight retribution on the highest possible settings at about 40 fps, it can even handle the unforgiving battlefield 3 and high settings!, not to mention it looks BEAST. i would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, friends, family, you name it. 5/5

    Excellent service, excellent communication Excellent service, excellent communication, kept informed every step of the way. Very fast service even though bought over the Christmas period. Had a few teething problems installing but was reassured and advised by the very helpful and friendly staff on the phone.     The PC itself is amazing The PC itself is amazing, no issues whatsoever with the machine. Worked exactly how I'd hoped it would and for a great price too, recommendation for this. The only downside was the company's service. A part was missing (the DVI to VGA adapter) and when I told them it was missing they were nice at first, posting up another one for free, however they said 2-4 days. It still has yet to arrive 5 days later, and when we rang to question they blamed it on Royal Mail. I ended up going out and buying a adapter for an extra £11 in the end. Still, other than this, no issues.

    Computer is of good quality and service was good I ended up adding so many upgrades that the computer was more comparible to the Eos i5 PC but anyway, I am pleased with the purchase and would recommend UKGC to my friends. Computer is of good quality and service was good, ended up quite a bit more costly then building it myself but I was happy to pay for the service.

The pc works flawlessly and is playing my games full spec, I did however upgrade graphics card etc from base unit so can't comment on original chimera i3. Highly recommend

    Absolutely outstanding. Absolutely outstanding. Not only has UKGC pulled through with exceptional savings; the quality of build, the build period, ongoing support through emails and amazing knowledge base has left me completely surprised at how such a company can provide this quality of service and still charge such reasonable prices! I was kept informed every step of the way and received my product well within the expected time frame. The amount of care and professional finish on construction puts those branded store-bought machines to utter shame! I've already recommended two friends looking to get a new computer at the best possible price, and I plan to recommend many more in the future.     this is a really great pc this is a really great pc its awsome to play on it runs so smooth and can play just about any game on the best quility at a decent fps. it was easy to set up and got it working within 1 hour. the price is reasonable for what i got and im very happy with the computer it is alot better than any of my friends on who have designed there own pc and that is because i got some help from an amazing staff member at ugc

    I'm very happy indeed. Arrived within ten working days with a free processor upgrade, a very nice touch. I ordered a slightly more powerful graphics card and it runs everything I've tried on high with no trouble at all. The size of the case took me back a bit, it's a beast, but that's no problem. It runs fast and quiet. I'm very happy indeed.

    all in all impressed This was my first gaming PC, and all in all impressed, it runs games smoothly (Dishonored,fallout for example). its quite which is always a +, and the opinion to upgrade certain parts is great as not everyone will want the base parts that it comes with.

    Cheers, UKGC. A great base unit, brilliantly customised for me and built by UKGC. I'm a big RTS player, but don't know anywhere near as much as I should about setting up a computer. UKGC have hooked me up with a computer that allows near top-level performance on my favourite games like Rome II: Total War (which I can now enjoy properly), as well as a good screen and sound system. And I didn't need to start off with anything too flashy to get the end product. Cheers, UKGC.

    Thank you so much UKGC! =) It took me 3 months to order from UKGC. I knew if I was to spend a decent amount on a PC, I needed to make sure that not just the PC worth buying, but also the quality and standard of the company was also great. (Which is why they are rated number 1!).

    UKGC helped me a lot whenever I had queries (of which I had too many) and requests, and they were very prompt in reply too. The quality, speed and even the way my Chimera looks it's so beautiful! I'm extremely happy and grateful to UKGC for customizing my PC just the way I wanted it, and more =). I would definitely recommend Chimera i3, and for those of you who are hesitant on considering buying from UKGC, trust me, these people are absolutely awesome, and mean what they say when providing customer service.

    Because I'm doing a degree in computing too, I can see while using the PC that it's not just great for gaming, but also using other software applications and system too.

    Highly recommended, thanks guys! Really impressed. I upgraded the graphics card and ram in this and it plays recent games in high settings no problem.

    The service was professional and efficient. When it arrives you get instructions on everything but it's literally a case of connecting the power and away you go, everything is installed.

    I'm new to PC gaming so this was just to start me off but I'll definitely be coming back to ukgc when I want to upgrade to something more high end. Ukgc is where I'll come now for my PC needs.

    Thank you ukgc. Really can't fault the quality of this beautiful box. It does exactly what i hoped and more! Its also deathly quiet which is great. The staff answered all my queries quickly and are very helpful and friendly. I did have one little irk that I came across when setting up the PC though, and that was the slot on the graphic card for the mini hdmi wasn't lined up quite right and I had a bit of trouble plugging it in but other than that, perfect.     I would recommend UK Gaming Computers to anyone looking for a superb setup with help along the way. After my 10 year old PC finally gave up the ghost I was on the search for a newer system and stumbled upon UK Gaming Computers whilst trawling around the Internet. I found the site layout to be very clear and I loved the fact that I could pick and choose the parts that went into my custom built computer. The prices were very reasonable and the fact that I was able to apply for finance was a huge thumbs up for me seeing as I was unable to afford the outlay all in one go. I had many a telephone conversation and sent numerous emails asking the guys at UK Gaming a number of different questions and queries that I had. Everytime there was any communication they were courteous and incredibly helpful, I was never made me to feel rushed and I didn't get the hard sell on items that I wouldn't want. My PC arrived within a two week timeframe and that's with me tweaking my order a bit inbetween. It was packaged securely and once shipped I received it the very next day. I am so impressed with my brand new PC. Its incredibly quick and is expertly put together. The cable management is second to none. The Chimera-i3 gaming PC is beautiful, sturdy and solid. I chose to upgrade some of the components more to my own needs. Here are the changes I made - I changed the i3 6100 to an i5 6600k, this meant that I then had to upgrade the Motherboard to a z170 series as it wouldn't be able to overclock on the supplied board. I also decided to add 4GB of extra memory. The security that the 6 year warranty gives me is fantastic, just please make sure you follow the rules regarding the Waranty guidelines. I would recommend UK Gaming Computers to anyone looking for a superb setup with help along the way. These guys know what they are talking about! Thank You.

Bought this computer as an entry level gaming machine for my son for Christmas...good machine for what he is looking to play, Total Wa hammer II,XCOM2 etc runs very smooth ....He's happy his mother is happy so I'm happy ????... Communication was excellent from the team at UK gaming computers from initial order to final delivery. Would certainly buy from them in the future. Cheers again...
